External Relations Exercise with the Red Cross

I was selected to participate as public affairs manager in the Red Cross's Arizona-New Mexico-El Paso Regional External Relations Exercise on March 22, because of the "position you hold and the professional development opportunity that it will offer."

 

Controllers handed out injects about a simulated wildfire, with only the information they were specifically directed to disseminate.  I was expected to obtain other necessary information through existing information channels and make decisions based on that.
