Wisconsin DOT has me on their poster!

I was deployed to Wisconsin in July 2016 by FEMA as a media relations specialist because Gov. Scott Walker requested federal assistance following severe flooding. 

I was out there for nearly a week, accompanying a team that was looking at damage to various roads and bridges for a preliminary damage assessment.

Why am I bringing this up now, more than two years later?

Because I was just told today that two photos with me in them is being used by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation!

I'm on this poster as WisDOT's example of partnerships, with FEMA in this case. Whoo hoo!
