I completed the overnight retreat at Deer Creek Lodge that kicked off the start of the Leadership Dayton Class of 2024, sponsored by the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce. It will continue with one full day of instruction every month for 10 months.
Nearly 1,700 business and community leaders have completed the program since its inception in 1976. There are 47 in my current class. More than 70 aplied!
Leadership Dayton is a premier leadership development program designed to identify, educate and motivate a network of community leaders and increase their capacity to serve the Dayton region. Participants are immersed in the many facets of our community through seminars, small work groups, panel discussions, experiential activities and direct interaction with community leaders.
