End-of-Year Board Luncheon

It's a tradition that the outgoing board of the Dayton Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America have an end-of-year luncheon in December. As the chapter's 2023 president, it was my honor today to host this final event of our very productive year.

Our annual Gem City PR Awards, held at Top of the Market on May 24, recognized the fine work done by "for profit and not-for-profit, large agencies and small teams, marketing campaigns and terrific tactics."

Our annual Media Day, held at the Dayton Metro Library on Oct. 31, drew a large crowd for panel and tabletop discussions with Dayton area journalists and practitioners as we delved into "the changing landscape of PR and media relations."

The East Central District recognized our efforts with a 2023 Prominent Chapter Award!

And I represented our chapter at PRSA's annual national conference, ICON, held this year in Nashville.
